The Company

G Ju Hwa Findings & Bead Co. is one of the largest Korean Findings wholesalers in the Western Region of the United States, located in Marana, Arizona. We obtain beads directly from manufacturers and ship them from our warehouse to many satisfied customers worldwide.

Hours

Our hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time.

Ordering

Orders can be mailed, faxed, or emailed. However, we prefer that you place your order via the web site. Web site orders are given priority status and will be filled much quicker than other orders. You may still fax or e-mail us your order 24 hours a day. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is received and another confirmation when the order is shipped*.

*This only applies to internet orders.

NOTE: Notice the minimum order is $100.00. Orders that are less than $100.00 will not be accepted.

Back Orders

The web site stock is updated every day. Inventory is very difficult to constantly monitor, therefore, the stock is 95% accurate. When an item is out of stock, we do not back order it. Usually, out of stock items are restocked within a month with the exception of closeout items.

Tax and Exemption Status

As a wholesaler, we are required to report the Sales Tax Exemption License numbers of all our customers who have placed an order with us. We do not sell to the general public.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping will be based on the actual carrier charge. The shipping method is selected at the time of order and the cost will be added to the order. If a shipping method is not selected, your order will be shipped UPS Ground for domestic and EMS for international.

Credit Cards

For your convenience we take MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. We DO NOT take American Express.

CODs

We are now currently accepting CODs. There is a charge of $6.50 for each order and we only accept cashiers checks. Company checks by approval for established customers only.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns on all manufacturer defect items or mis-shipments within 30 days of purchase date, less shipping and handling. Please call for authorization to return merchandise (661) 250-0036. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. RETURNS WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE.

Checks

We accept checks for approved established customers only. Please make all checks payable to: G JU HWA FINDINGS & BEADS Co. All returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 minimum fee.
